Because we have insurance, any accidents that happen on the job is covered by our insurance. Any property damage to your home, car, neighbors car, or injury to your dog, a family member, or yourself is covered. If you don't have someone insured, any property damage wouldn't be covered and any injury they might suffer you may be held liable for.
As long as we have access to the building, and current occupants permission, we can do the job. This is great if you are renting out your home, have multiple properties you have to have work done on, or are too busy to wait for us to get the work done.
As long as we have access to the building, and your permission to be there, we can do the job. This is great if you are at work, or on vacation. If you are a landlord or property manager renting out a home or apartment we can do the job as long as the current occupants are aware we are coming.
Yes, we can work on many commercial buildings. Cleaning your building with a power wash, window clean, and roof cleaning really gives a nice presentation to your business to customers. We however do not work on roofs that utilize a PVC membrane material found on some roof tops.
All of our prices vary based on size of the house or building, how tall the building is, what services we're doing for you, and how much work we'll have to do. If you request a quote, we'll arrange a time to come to your property and get an accurate price quoted to you so you'll know exactly how much it will cost.

You will know your gutters need to be cleaned when water pours over the edges of your roof, if you notice dripping around downspouts, leaks or dampness in your basement or interior walls, puddles forming around your buildings foundation. It's best to keep up on your gutter cleaning, so if you have a lot of trees around your property, and haven't cleaned your gutters in 2 years, it's a good time to do so.
We find that there are two times of the year it is good to clean your gutters. It is recommended that gutters be cleaned in the fall and in the spring to insure that debris won’t be blocking the flow of water once the rains come.
There are a few reasons you might want to clean your roof. Removing moss, algae stains, sticks, and leaves improves the looks cosmetically. Removing debris proactively prevents your gutters from getting clogged. Moss can grow in between your shingles, slowly lifting them. Some manufactures of roof materials also require regular cleaning intervals to keep the warranty.
We treat your roof in a way that is safe for your roof type, and is what the manufacture of your roof recommends. Often times not cleaning your roof will cause damage to your roof, your gutters, and your home.
Algae and mold can grow on your roof, and doesn't get as obvious as moss. It can show up in spots or cover the whole roof. Certain metals found in roof vents and flashing can kill algae growing on your roof, so you might see clean spots below your vents. This can leave some streaks of algae behind.
Cleaning your deck or fence restores the natural look of wood. It is great for removing layers of moss, algae, dirt, and other debris. A deck that has moss or algae can be very slippery when wet, and can lead to falls and injury.
We utilize a variety of ladders in order to get to certain areas. Some of our ladders will rest against your roof or walls, but are setup in a way to not cause damage. Other ladders are stand alone and don't need to be propped up by your house.
No, we do not currently offer solar panel cleaning services.
No, we will remove the screens while we are at each window, rinse them and put them back in the proper window.
While we do our best to clean up after ourselves with using a leaf blower to clean up after ourselves, some debris will stain fabric on outdoor furniture or will get objects muddy. If you could have the furniture moved away from the house in advance that would save us time, and help make sure your furniture stays clean.
