My roof was long overdo for cleaning. The realtor thought we might need a new roof before listing. Jesus responded almost immediately to our email. We set a time for him to look at the job. We agreed on a price and start date. He arrived on time a few days later. After about four hours of scraping, he blew off the moss, cleaned the gutters, and applied a moss killer. He also nailed down some shingles that had come loose in a wind storm. It now looks like a new roof. He is a personable, hard working man of good character. I would be comfortable recommending him to anyone.

Every Spring I try to find someone who would do a good job for me, and am usually disappointed, such that I would have to finish the job myself. But this year and forward, I'm going to call Jesus to do the gutters and roof cleaning. Jesus blew the debris off the roof and used a light broom to loosen the needles stuck to the shingles, thoroughly cleaned the gutters and wiped down the front of the gutters, cleaned the skylight, removed some spots of green algae from the downspouts. He cleaned up afterwards, and for a very reasonable price he pressure washed the driveway and sidewalk. Great job, Jesus! and thank you for all your hard work. I really do appreciate it. I highly recommend Jesus. Just tell him what you expect from the job, and watch him satisfy you.

Jesus Beltran is both the owner and worker. He spent an adequate amount of time (3 1/2 hours) to thoroughly clean our roof of moss and gutters of leaves (used a backpack blower to remove leaves and other litter). All moss removal work was done by hand with brushes and afterwards the entire roof was treated with an approved moss preventer to help kill any small remaining patches and prevent future moss growth. I had earlier read about moss removal and the preferred method was to remove by hand then clean and treat with an approved moss killer and preventer. He was very friendly, thorough and cleaned our yard of all roof moss and gutter litter. His price for this work was reasonable. We are now considering using his services to clean our upper windows
