Leaves and Sticks

Leaves, sticks, needles, and bird nests can cause blockages in your gutters which affect water flow.

Organic Sludge

With the leaves and sticks breaking down, and moss and algae runs off from your roof, it combines to form a thick sludge which is hard to clean out and can cause stains.

Deep Clean

After getting loose debris and the more stubborn stuff, we can follow up with a power wash to remove any road block or hiccup in the flow of rain water.

Keeps Gutters Working

Cleaning your gutters helps them work more efficiently so they can carry water away and protect your house. We will remove all debris from your gutters, including the sludge like material that is composed of organic matter that breaks down.

Protects Roof

If your gutter is clogged, water can weigh it down and pull it away from your roof causing your soffits and fascia boards to rot. Which can cause the gutters to pull away or off of your roof.

Protects your house

Water pouring over the top of your gutters can splash water mud on to the side of your house, and even erode your foundation.

Cleanliness

Standing water can also cause foul odors from the decomposing plant matter or animal nests. The organic matter can grow mold or bacteria, or attract pests.

Maintenance Schedule

It is recommended that gutters be cleaned in the fall and in the spring to insure that debris won’t be blocking the flow of water once the rains come. Different circumstances such as the number of trees, roof type, gutter type, etc might cause you to need to clean less often or more often.
